Those concerned with the implementation of the program
The Institutions Wing of the Department of Social Services manages Government Children's Homes/Homes. Headed by the Director (Institution), Additional Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Social Service Officer at the headquarters level and Deputy Superintendent at the field level are concerned with the management of day care centers. District level Deputy Director and Assistant Director supervise field level institutions and coordinate between field level and headquarters. At the field level, a management committee led by the Deputy Commissioner is the Chotamoni Nibas Management Authority. The Deputy Superintendent of the concerned Chhotamani Niwas works as the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
