Chhotamoni Niwas is managed by the Institutional Branch of the Department of Social Services. Additional Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Social Service Officer at Headquarter level and Deputy Superintendent at field level are concerned with the management of Chhotamani Nivas under the leadership of Director (Institution). District level Deputy Director and Assistant Director supervise field level institutions and coordinate between field level and headquarters. At the field level, a management committee led by the Deputy Commissioner is the Chotamoni Nibas Management Authority. The sub-superintendent of the respective Chhotamoni Niwas works as the member-secretary of the said committee.
